SHUBAM Investment Consultancy LLC is a Travel Agent between the Airline and the Passenger to book a flight ticket. The contract of service for utilization of the flight/ticket is always between the User/Passenger and the concerned airline. As a Travel agent we have no control or authority over the schedule of the airlines and therefore we are not liable for any loss, direct or incidental, that a User/Passenger may incur due to such changes or cancellation of flights. Airlines have the right to reschedule flight times, route, change or cancel flights without prior intimation to Madras Travels. Tickets (Domestic and International) on the same airline may vary and have different restrictions or include different services and fare. Any changes made by the User/Passenger on the existing booking shall be subject to certain charges levied by the airline, apart from the service fee charged by Madras Travels.

Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to SHUBAM Investment Consultancy LLC receiving the same from the airlines. However, the booking fee/handling charges paid at the time of booking ,to SHUBAM Investment Consultancy LLC is non-refundable. The same procedure applies to any Reissued/Revalidated or Date change etc.
